The Next Big Bang

How do you make physics look cool? How do you SHOW physics at all?

Well, Silent Crow leapt at the challenge, and the results were fantastic. We got great Nielsen numbers, and most importantly, we won the approval of the Physics community to boot.

It is the biggest science experiment in history. The Large Hadron Collider in Geneva, Switzerland, will crash protons together at the speed of light in a tunnel far underground. Why? This giant machine costing billions of dollars and millions of man-hours was built to look back in time to the very beginning of the Universe, to the birth of time itself. Host and particle physicist, David Kaplan, explores what we could discover about our Universe when this incredible feat of science and imagination is completed. Are there extra dimensions of space? Parallel universes? The answers could challenge the very fundamentals of science.
